I've registered but why can I not log into my account?

After registration, you will receive a confirmation email with an activation link. Once you have successfully activated your account, you should be able to use the site immediatley. 

If your account was made active but you are still having trouble logging in, please inform us by contacting admin@findlettings.com

I've found tenants where can I get a tenancy agreement from?

If you've registered as a landlord or a housemate, you can download tenancy agreements for free. Simply log into your account and go to "Documents Library" on the left hand side and from here you can download tenancy agreements and other relevant documents.

Is it safe to meet the advertiser of a room/property?

We advise all our members to be cautious when making contact with other users. We try our utmost to ensure that all our users have a pleasant and safe experience by constantly monitoring the website and validating each account.

We don't have any restrictions in terms of size or colour, however we recommend using JPG files.
